Všeobecné dodací a obchodní podmínky

  1. Objednávky posílejte písemně poštou, webovým formulářem nebo e-mailem.
  2. Na základě objednávky vystavíme kupní smlouvu, kterou Vám zašleme k potvrzení.
  3. Termínem dodání se rozumí datum, kdy je koupací sud připraven k expedici v sídle firmy,
    provozní doba dle dohody.
  4. Při prvním odběru platba předem nebo v hotovosti. Při dalších odběrech dle dohody.
  5. V případě prodlení platby bude účtována smluvní pokuta 0,05% z dlužné částky za každý kalendářní den prodlení.
  6. Vlastnická práva ke zboží přechází na kupujícího v den uhrazení ceny zboží
